Al has spent the month brainwashing our son. Al's favorite holiday is Christmas. He celebrates it anytime that he can. Even in July...which I am told is a "working at a Boy Scout Camp thing, hon". Whatever the reason, my husband adores Christmas. He is obsessed with the movie, The Christmas Story. He would watch it over and over and over, if you let him. He loves to send Christmas cards and look at lights and decorate trees. You get the idea....
So Conner has gotten to stay up late alot this last month watching Christmas specials on TV. I didn't think it was having much effect, except making my son cranky to get up to go to Penny's, until two days ago. We were driving in the RAV to go shopping for Daddy's Christmas presents. Mommy is one of those last minute shoppers. We were listening to the FISH, which has been playing all Christmas music all the time. Conner started saying something over and over in the back seat. What he was saying was "Charlie Brown, Charlie Brown." He had recognized the instrumental music from A Charlie Brown Christmas. Whoa!
