Greenville, Ohio

Conner and I wish to report that Greenville, Ohio is not a place to put on "your must see list". In fact, we don't have anything that would make us put it on our "Return to someday list." We went there this last weekend with Al for the Fall OAMP meeting. Wait, I forgot that Conner liked seeing farm equipment and school buses, so his opinion may differ from mine. But Conner also got his sleeping schedule messed up by the car ride, so he was awake at 1Am on Friday night.
But the hotel did not have a pool and Daddy took the car to go to the Fall OAMP meeting, so Conner and I were forced to try to find fun through walking around. Unfortunately, our hotel was not located by anything that really interested my active 2 year old. We discovered a dead raccoon in the street, which freaked me out. I don't like raccoons alive or dead. Then we went walking the other way and watched the Greenville Sheriffs cook chickens for their annual chicken dinner. We never found a playground or a store, except a local sporting goods store that sold local high school sports stuff, which would have been great if it had been local, especially knowing how much Daddy likes his Brunswick attire, but it sold items for the Greenville area.
We got good food at a picnic on Saturday and we left Greenville on Sunday. Not a minute too soon for me! It was a tough and tiring weekend.
