Everyone is busy this weekend. It is the "Holiday Weekend", after all. So when I started calling around to my friends to see who would have dinner with me on Friday night...I only found one friend available. So Meg and I had dinner at the Olive Garden in Parma, while Al and Conner went to the Brunswick-Avon Lake football game. We enjoyed the never-ending pasta bowl, which ended for us right after the first helping...except I ordered one more to bring home to my pasta-lover Al.
Today, Conner and I went to WW. I had a loss. So this was also good. The combination of healthy food and walking my children to the other end of the building must have done something right. They are doing the "Lose for Good" campaign at WW, so I am hopeful that I will be able to contribute something towards food for those who don't have food to eat. Conner and I also went to the Farmer's Market and bought grapes, pattypan squash, and apples. I still am searching for some good MacIntosh apples. I didn't find any at the market today.
I am trying to work on weeding my closet out to make it more "workday friendly". I need to have "grab and go" options or maybe weekly try on sessions to figure out what I can wear and what I can't. So frustrating.
