Peaceful angel

Here's he is! We got the call to go and get him two times this morning. The first time at about 9:45, we walked down and we looked at the foster mother and the baby and they weren't our foster mother or our baby! Oops!
So we went back to the room and waited until 10:15, then they called again to come. We went and there was the right foster mommy and the right baby. Our baby!
We were able to ask a ton of questions to the foster mom. Our baby is quite an eater. He has eaten lots of table foods like bean, eggs, and seems to not be a picky eater. He weighs 19 pounds. He seems to like to play between 2-5 AM. Not my ideal schedule, but this is something that we can work on. The foster mom gave us the blue blanket that has been in many of the pictures that we have gotten along the way. She stuck a note in his clothes as she was leaving asking us to please send her pictures, because Denis is so important to her.
Al went to the Guatemalan Grocery store today. While he was gone, I fed the baby a whole jar of apple and cherries. He ate the whole jar of it, so it must have been decent. He seems like a happy guy. He only slept just a little bit this morning after we got him, maybe 20 minutes.
He was fussy a while ago and we discovered that he had a billion layers of clothes on. He had on overalls, a onesie, a dress shirt, and another long sleeve onesie.
Just a little over dressed for the day today. So now he has on just one onesie and he seems much better.
Al just reported that his two bottom teeth appear to be coming in. They are just breaking the skin. Al is holding him and we put lullabies on the computer and I think that he is going to sleep for a while now.
