Home Sweet Home

We have returned from our trip! Conner loved the swimming pool, but last night's trip home was one of the worst car rides that I have ever had. We left Hebron, Kentucky at 7:30 and Conner was not a happy camper in the backseat of the RAV. We stopped for ice cream in Cinci and then he just started fussing in the backseat more and more. Around Columbus, We stopped at three straight exits. We fed him, changed him, and walked him around a Meijer, which is the only place open in Grove City at 10 PM on a Saturday night.
We hit a thunderstorm and Conner just would not stop crying in the backseat. We stopped and slept some in a rest stop. Then Al went on a little bit and we slept some more in Bellville. I found $60 in a gas station bathroom in Bellville. I turned it in and the couple that lost it claimed it just as Al and I were pulling out of the gas station. Then, after we slept a little more, Al drove on. We pulled off again and Al got another cat nap in another rest stop by Ashland. Then, we pulled in our home at about 6AM this morning! I was never so happy to see my own bed!
I have started laundry and putting away the goodies that we acquired at the convention. We have grey Quality Casing Coasies for all of our friends. :)
